sidekicked  was one of our favorite middle grade novels (ages 9+) this year, so we’re thrilled author john david anderson is here with us @ 5 o’clock! we’ll be staying open until 7 o’clock  for evening shoppers, and we’ll have some sweet treats on hand too. join us, won’t you?

pop-up shop!

come shop our special collection at modern artifacts in carytown today! we’ll be there from 12-5, so even though our little shop on the corner is closed, you can still get a jump on your holiday shopping!

one of our favorite authors, lana krumwiede, will be in the shop today from 12-2 to help our customers find just the right books for their middle grade/middle school readers. (she’ll also sign copies of freakling and archon!)
